Made to Order or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are only accepted as the pieces are unique. It may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Exchange merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted:
|Reasons for Exchange||Change is size of clothing. The additional shipping cost for exchange you must provide. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Our poly mailer bag can be reused if opened correctly, to minimise waste. You will receive an email confirmation when you return to use has been completed.|

We do not accept responsibility for items lost in shipping back to us so you recommend you keep a postage receipt with tracking number as proof that the package was sent.
You are liable for a possible deterioration of the items value caused by you in the way of trying the item. If the item is used in any other way then described in the above we consider the item as used and you will lose your right of exchange.
