Customs & Import Duties	Items shipped outside the Ireland may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country or country you are shipping to. Customers are solely responsible and liable for any duties or VAT that are specific to their country. We recommended that you contact your local customs office for further information.
Exchange	Made to Order or personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned. Exchanges are only accepted as the pieces are unique. It may be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. Exchange merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted: All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Reasons for Exchange	Change is size of clothing. The additional shipping cost for exchange you must provide. Pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in the original packaging. Our poly mailer bag can be reused if opened correctly, to minimise waste. You will receive an email confirmation when you return to use has been completed.
